Blender Hollandaise
This elegant sauce is simple to prepare with the help of a blender. Use it to top your eggs, vegetables and believe it or not it's even delicious in grilled sandwiches.

Ingredients for Blender Hollandaise:
3 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Add egg yolks, lemon juice, pepper and salt to your blender container. Put the lid on and turn on high. After 3-4 seconds, pour butter through lid over the egg mixture in a steady stream. Within 30 seconds the sauce should be done. If not, blend 5-8 seconds more.
Use at once. The hollandaise can be kept warm by immersing blender container in warm water.
