The EASIEST Pulled Pork (Slow Cooker Recipe)
Forget searing first, or complicated ingredients or steps. This is a recipe you can pull together using your Instant Pot or slow cooker.
Enjoy Pulled Pork on a fresh bun, on a roasted sweet potato or even as an omelette filling. (It's delicious!)

This recipe makes a large quantity. It feeds a crowd, but it's also a great meal to pop in the freezer for a busy weeknight dinner.
Recipe for The EASIEST Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
6-7 pound pork shoulder
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
1 cup apple juice, cola, or beer
2-3 cups of your favourite barbecue sauce
Cut your pork roast into 4-6 similar sized pieces. Add to cooker pot.
Add seasonings and your choice of juice, cola or beer.
Secure lid, and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
Once done, drain cooking liquid from pot.
Shred, or pull pork apart using two forks.
Add barbecue sauce, and mix well.
