Who knew Gin was so perfectly matched with tea?
50 ml Gin
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 lemon wedge
tonic
Add the tea bag to a gin glass. Pour the gin over. Leave to infuse for approx 60 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently.
